We contracted the company to install a new staircase in our house, the job was started January 12th of this year and is today May 12th not finished yet, the glass delivered is scratched, not even and worst of all, not same size. The wood for the steps and platform is also not installed yet. I will suggest you find someone else to do your staircase as Jacob, the principal of World Glass USA is very arrogant, not on time and lies about projects he has done.
