I am really sooo glad I walked into this gym! I have a lifting background and struggled to find a gym where I can go train at my own pace and rebuild from where I left off about 8 years ago. I love the atmosphere of this gym. Most time, equipement is available and there is no need to wait around. Gym goers are also chill. I can grab a spot from almost anyone I have asked so far. I highly recommend this gym for any fitness level. The staff is not pushy and trully just let you do you. The classes seems to also be lots of fun!
