I spoke with one of the women who works at the top of the agency I believe, and she gave me such a snarky/ nasty attitude when I called in. I was obviously disgruntled because I had been scammed by a different agent in the California area. I happen to live in Maryland, which is why I called this number. She didn’t even apologize for the situation and actually laughed over the phone and said she's “excited.” Very unprofessional.
