friendly staff!! very helpful
I've used them for two loans so far. They have great customer service, make me feel comfortable, never any issues. I do have a complaint that I guess isn't their fault, but they sent me an email saying I could refinance my loan, but then I wasn't able to. Edit to a few months later, I refinance, Deniece Stevens is really great. She helped me two out of my three times and is SO helpful, over the top informative. Great experience.
