i have never waited a week for a refinance and still got no call no email no nothing was told they was training someone new which is understandable but a whole freaking week is unacceptable when refinancing doesnât take that long i dont normally do reviews but for a company to make you feel as if they dont want your business is not okay and i had to do a formal complaint to speak with someone and canceled my application for a second time because lack of customer serviceÂ
Waited almost 3 weeks to get refinanced for a family emergency after all that waiting finally got it a few days ago slow service ever will take my business somewhere else once i get this paid off glad nobody passed away waiting that longÂ
