I am surprised they have as many good reviews as they do. There was never a follow up or anything after submitting an application.
Applied for a loan and it took a week for someone to call me back. I even sent in all the stips the day of application and never heard back . Not very pleased with the customer service . Rather you could help me or not, a simple phone call would had been the best approach.

I had a fantastic and easy experience with Cheyenne! She made this process so easy and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming here to do loans and taxes from now on!
