Great customer service wonderful people
Jacki is always professional, and very polite
We spent over 600 dollars to have our taxes done and Vanessa took our bank account information and she said it was in correct on my wife's part, and due to that we didn't receive our tax refunds. Your not supposed to keep the paper that you write your account number on. So she's blaming my wife. We are very disappointed in our service. Never again!
Very welcoming and fast Vanessa is very helpful and answered all my questions.
