(Kingsland GA location) I will not be providing a name for the tax lady that filed our taxes as I understand people make mistakes it's about owning up to the mistakes made and at least apologize and care about how we feel as customers. World Finance fell short of our expectations when we sought tax assistance. The tax professional didn't adequately explain the filing process or refund options.
