She was so helpful and explained everything so well to us !! We appreciated it so much . And she does so well at her job handling all the customers here at a good speed too
I have been with world finance for over 4 years and only had issues once before with them and I understand it's christmas time but I have available credit that I would like to use and for three days straight I have called all day and they only answered once and i was put on hold for 28 mins and never came back to line. Seems as if since im a customer already im not as important as a new customer. Customer service is a big deal and disappointing that it is like this. Happened once before but thought it had been addressed.
Taylor was amazing & got us in and out. Very nice & professional, would definitely recommend!
