If you have an good payment history then hit an temporary set back; this company is not willing to work with you.Instead, they say you need to pay this amount then we can see what we can do. If I had the amount, I would pay like I have done all my other payments.Â

I filed my taxes with World Finance on Jan 24th. I have a special pin required to file-I provided, but was told it wasnât needed. I called them to check the status on Feb 6. Wouldnât you know the pin was needed and my taxes still had not been filed. Excuse after excuse was offered but no apology. No effort was made to correct this horrible mistake.
