Service and staff great but this is the 2nd time I’ve had to update my card info because when its time for payment to be processed the transaction is blocked and my payment doesn’t go through and they don’t answer the phone anymore so you have to go there and fix the issue in person. I will go elsewhere when I need another loan. Edit: and there is a fee to make a payment with the card that the already had on file because they had to “re setup the autopay” inconvenient. It’s on auto pay for a reason!
Adriana was great . I would give her and the entire staff 10 stars if I could . They rock!!! Keep up the good work
