Service and staff great but this is the 2nd time I’ve had to update my card info because when its time for payment to be processed the transaction is blocked and my payment doesn’t go through and they don’t answer the phone anymore so you have to go there and fix the issue in person. I will go elsewhere when I need another loan. Edit: and there is a fee to make a payment with the card that the already had on file because they had to “re setup the autopay” inconvenient.
Was Ale very first loan application. And she was AMAZING couldn’t even tell I was her first person.
Great place and really fas Lexi Glasscock was able to get me a loan really quick and was very professional
Lexi glassclock did my taxes she was very fast & friendly like always :) deffinitly the place to go to file your taxes . Always a great experience YOU ROCK GIRL !
Adriana was super helpful and freindly. She was easy to talk to and open to questions. For someone getting a first time loan she made it easy and painless.
