Ok for the most part. Nice staff except for one there who I dread when she calls about late payment. She's very condescending and rude talks down to you, always with an attitude like you're late on purpose. Some things come before loan when I'm strapped but I do always pay late fee and all so they get their money and some and I've renewed. Renewal's easy too no hassle.
I don't know what the other reviewer said about bad customer service, but that is not the case. I was referred to Freeman Finance by Aamco Transmissions off of North Decatur Road as an option for a BIG repair bill. The lady who answered the phone (Rita) was very polite, happy, and helpful every time I called (like your grandmother may be for instance).
