Absolutely atrocious place to even attempt to get a loan. I was given the run around for four days trying to get a title loan for $2000 on a $10000 title. Supervisor was horrible with customer service and hung up in me when I tried to talk to him about the loan. Also, why close at 7 when you can't cut checks after 5?
Been doing business with this location for 4 years. Never had a problem with them until they decided to change the entire office and hire an imbecile of a manager. They didn't log my payments correctly and severely screwed my credit. Last time I'm ever dealing with them again. Called corporate concerning the issue and they tried to cover it up by saying I've been late 4 times before. I'VE NEVER BEEN LATE!! High interest rates from these loan sharks also!!
