I called this Morning, to get my payoff amount. My Employer where I retired from, wants to pay off World Finance because they say World Finance, they are Predatory Lenders taking advantage of People. And this liar answered the phone. I distinctly asked for Ms. Charlotta, and she had the nerve to tell me, she is Charlotta. I told her, you are nothing but a Liar.
