Great customer service. Very efficient and understandable .I definitely recommend talking to Karlee or Garrald for all your financial needs.
Had to call the Paris office when the Greenville office was not being helpful. Garrel Dean took my call, heard my concern and had the district manager reach out. He was incredibly helpful and if i could switch my loan to the Paris office I would! excellent customer service for sure!!
