Customers are complaining about the cold and it's really difficult to work with temperatures like that. The building administration says it will fix the air conditioning, but nothing has been done so far.
After several attempts to speak with the building administration, this is my last. The administration always tells us that the air conditioning is broken and that they will fix it, but so far nothing has happened. Since we started working here, the conditions regarding the air conditioning temperature have been simply unbearable. I've even gotten sick because of how cold this place is. This is disrespectful!!

All good. Except an extra $50 dollars charge...lady in front desk could not explained why I was there. I had no time to follow it up due to flying out of town.
