Alan Fox at Rim Tire Co and World Equipment in Castiac is very dishonest and has unethical business practices. The salesman David lied too. They sold me a street sweeper saying it was ready to go KNOWING it had a cracked hydraulic hose, which in itself is a $15,000 part. They went to the sweeper dealer disclosing the sweeper had a cracked block. They siliconed the cracked block to pass it off as fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are very shady with the way they conduct business.
These guys are the best! I had lost my receipt which I needed for a IRS audit… they were able to quickly help me out even though it was from more than 3 years ago. You guys rock! Equipments not bad either 😂

False advertisment drove 300+ miles to look at a truck assured everything worked and truck had new tires.... when i got there tires on the truck are DOT dated 2010 8+ years old and weather cracked. Functions of the truck did not work. Purley sales driven giving false information
