Great service always
If only I could give 0 stars. Quoted me on the phone then was overcharged $150 over the quote with no explanation why. Lady at front desk was so rude and needs to get some interpersonal skills.
Total rip off. We rang and requested a quote last week for an oil change and oil filter change on our Toyota coaster. We were quoted $130 - $260 as we were providing the oil & filter. We dropped the bus at 8am and we were asked to collect it at 10:19am. We were charged $400. When we asked the reception to explain, she was defensive, aggressive rude and abusive. Took our toyota coaster in for repairs, got charged over $2500 to get the bus back with exactly the same issues plus extra problems(fuel leak etc that wasn't there before) handed it back to us and told us that they now didn't have time or interest to repair it as they need to look after their contact fleet trucks. Felt like everything got handballed back to us. Very unhappy with the resolution and customer service was non existent. Have since taken it to another place which fixed the issues without the excuses.
