RecommendedI worked with Bret at World Cycle. He was super knowledgeable and as a result I had my wife buy her most excellent bike that day. Then I brought my friend and they bought their bike also. If they had my size available I would of bought one also.
This is a great bike shop! I had a flat this morning on the way to work--a passing Boise Parks and Rec truck gave me a ride to World Cycle and the owner himself answered the knock on the door, as they weren't open yet. He invited me in and got me set up and the flat fixed, said to swing by and pay later. I probably won't, and they'll never find out who wrote this review....Wait, is my name on this?! Anyway-- Tom, the owner, is a great guy and I appreciated his help very much. Thanks buddy!
I needed a bicycle lock and searched for bicycle shops in Boise and this one had the least amount of reviews but IT DESERVES MORE! I'm unsure when it opened but it is an extremely well done store with great equipment and a rad staff. I swore I wouldn't forget the name of the woman who helped me...*facepalm . I will update the review when it comes back to me. Anyway, she had short hair and after helping me pick out a bicycle lock she caught me by surprise and offered to help me set the lock up with the code! I'll be visiting ... read more
Great family owned shop. Quality products, great service, friendly folks. My old bike store upset me after years of loyalty. I walked into World Cycle and was well taken care of, and did business with them that same day.
I left my skis there for a prolonged period of time because of the change of seasons. When I called to check in and remind them what I needed done they were like, "yep, all ready to go!" Too-notch, efficient service and very friendly staff.
