In reality it was a good job, but the lack of workers was bad. They Only hired 4 but that was not good for the load of work they had. Having 5 workers or even 6 would have been nice. But when it came down to only 3 workers and to much work? Well it was bad. I found myself doing to many things at once. Again that, do to the lack of hiring more help.
