RecommendedWe added some solar shades on the outside of the windows on the stairs because the sun beats down for most of the afternoon. What a difference it makes and keeping the heat outside where it belongs! They have us an appointment window between 930 and 1030 and they pulled in the driveway at 931! Installers were very professional! I would highly recommend this company again and again.
We received our order incomplete, frayed and broken. So our scheduled install was only partially done. 3 weeks later, still no replacement blinds and ZERO contact from anyone at the company. I’ve had to call them at least twice each week for an update and each time they promise me they will keep me updated as to the status. Yet I hear nothing and have to call again. If it wasn’t for the fact that you can’t return custom blinds I’d say screw it and ask for all of my money back. This place is the worst and I’m so disappointed ... read more
Michael visited our home and presented a number of ideas. We went with idea #1 and it was perfect. After the shades were installed we stood back and said, "That is just perfect! How did Michael know it would all go together so well."
What an awesome experience-from the phone service, to the designer, the installer... The shades are beautiful and complete our home!
I was super impressed with the Sales Reps knowledge of products and professionalism. The price of wooden blinds and a Glide View covering for my sliding door were less than other vendors. Both products by Graber and I was very pleased with the quality, but the best thing was the installers were very courteous and willing to listen to my lame questions and responded very professionally. Got them through Costco and was very pleased. Designer had great ideas and the blinds came in time for Easter! Installation was timely and professional and I would not hesitate to go through Costco again.
