When I took them to court I lost but the wife of the owner Beth made a deal.with me.so.that I would.not be dissatisfied. They have fixed the transmission and it works now. I wish this would have been the result the first time I took it back to them.
Stay away. I had my transmission rebuilt three months ago and have had it back just about every week since then. They claim to have but a used transmission in a couple weeks or so ago and I am having the same issue. It is still under warranty. We took the car back and they told us to drive it like we stole it and to out on 1,000. My teenage daughter drives this car for work and they do not care about her safety let alone customer service. Total ripoff. Among lying to their customers, the "repair" they did left me STRANDED one night in the middle of nowhere. Had to have my car towed, at my expense of course, to another shop. The other shop LAUGHED at the "repairs" World Class had done, and I had to pay a 2nd time to have it repaired properly.
as a woman, i am usually on guard when it comes to having my car fixed, i find that i am not usually taken seriously. i must say that for the first time in 25 years of having various car problems from time to time, wtc is the most comfortable place i've been. not only was i treated like a customer (not just a woman), the problem was fixed right, the first time, and the price was very reasonable.
