I was referred to World Class Transmission by a long-time customer who recently retired and closed his transmission repair business. I was confident Kyle would be able to diagnose and recommend repairs, which he did, but he went above and beyond in every way. He was able to look at the car within two days. He drove the vehicle, checked engine error codes and put it on a lift to diagnose the problem. Kyle was great! He was very thorough in explaining the issue with my vehicle, as well as accurate in providing an estimate for the work needed. He provided recommendations without any pressure to perform "all" work needed, and only "essential" work needed. He was very easy to communicate with via text, and has software that properly documents the quote/invoice/receipt. I would highly recommend World Class Transmission to anyone needing transmission work!
These guys knows their stuff hands down! Kyle saved me and my wife the hustle of buying a new car, the dealership told us that we need a new vehicle because there's no way to fix a leaking bolt on the transmission and googled the best shop so I went with the one that had 5 Star rating, I'm glad I did not only Kyle was so polite and nice but so is the rest of the crew. My car was fixed and the problem never appeared again!
Had an excellent experience with Kyle and team at World Class Transmission. the dealership said I should replace my Jeep’s transmission for 7,500 (yikes!) or go for a second opinion - after a family friend’s recommendation, we found this shop. Kyle was transparent, timely, explained the problem (with photos), solved it, and saved me thousands of dollars. Both the outcome and the experience were…well, world class. I am immensely grateful and highly recommend.
