Rose and Kyle are not only very nice, but extremely knowledgable. They were able to diagnose my car quickly with thoughtful suggestions for next steps. I really appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me. I highly recommend their business!
Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable about all things transmission and was a great resource in navigating us through a transmission issue that the dealer should have done themselves. Jana, the email correspondent, always wrote right back and was kind and professional. If you have any issues with your transmission, this is the place to go. You'll be treated right, you'll get A+ work and service, and you'll probably learn a thing or two. Highly recommend!!!
I took my work van to World Class with a transmission issue. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue and Jana sent over the estimate (very reasonable price). When I called to just make sure I understood the issue with the vehicle, Kyle took the time to walk me through the diagnosis (a leak in the rear seal), assure me that the repair was worth the investment and then was able to complete the work the same day and get me back on the road. Awesome job and professional and honest
I have a 2015 Subaru Impreza that needed a valve body replacement in October of 2024 at 200,000 miles. Due to my job I drive a ton per year. Besides the dealership that was going to charge an arm and a leg, I was told by multiple transmission shops that they wouldn't work on Subarus. World class transmissions was recommended to me by my mechanic in Walpole. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to Mendon but well worth it.
