We had an amazing experience with World Class Transmission in Mendon. After a mix-up where the transmission fluid was accidentally drained and the engine oil overfilled by a friend. We took it Anchor Subaru who told us it needed a full transmission replacement and quoted thousands of dollars — money we simply didn’t have. World Class does not work on transmissions 2009 and older. They referred me to another shop but since it is 45 minutes away I will continue my search.
The transmission repair successfully relieved a lot of apprehension about the future of the 2014 Subaru. The communication about setting up an appointment, the estimate for the repair and the progress of the repair was done in a highly professional manner. A visit to the shop revealed a very clean and organized work space, another sign of the professional level of service provided by Kyle and his staff. The final price was $4 over the estimate and 1/2 the price the dealer was charging.
Kyle was extremely responsive communication-wise and helpful with diagnosing my 6HP26, taking time to drive with me to give his opinion regarding my concerns. Earned my trust and would highly recommend
