Recommended by a friend, and I am glad they did. My old Dometic bit the dust, but World Class RV took care of it. The new unit was easy to install, works great, and saved me lots of money.
A female here and I had no problem installing my new cooling unit and making it work....when I did hit a bump, one call to Chris and he walked my through it. Turned out that the electric element on my old unit was bad as well as the unit. When I replaced it, the refrigerator sprang to life and has worked perfectly since February of this year.
If an old man can do this, then pretty much anyone can. I am glad that I repaired my old fridge. It saved me money, which is important to me, and I am very satisfied with the unit and with World Class RV.
Very bad company to deal with. Ordered a fridge March 23rd and had nothing on June 1st. Greg & Ron would give no details and refused to process a refund. I got lucky in that my bank processed a charge reversal on my debit card and got my $870 back. Take a look at the Arkansas BBB and other review sites before calling here. I used Nucold and had a great experience.
