Pool Pros installed our pool 7 years ago. Customer service has been excellent. Kendra is always so helpful and prompt with returning calls. Any issue has always been resolved, and usually fully covered under warranties with little out of pocket costs. The construction of the pool is top notch. This was the best investment we have made as a family. Lots of quality time outside together!
Get a pool from westmoreland pools. I know it cost more, but the quality of work is 2nd to none. I had a pool installed a few years ago. Great price, but I fell for the cost instead of quality. Concrete around pool is sinking and needs replaced. The design of the heater and pump was horrible. Concrete pad was 3inches below the pool deck. This caused water to drain towards the house causing issues. This review is super late, but they always say better late than never. Don't fall for the good price quotes like I did.

Poll Pros designed and installed my pool. Recently I contacted the service department because of an issue with my filter. Kendra was exceptionally helpful and the company was able to get someone out and repair/replace my item immediately. I highly recommend.
Every person at pool pros are amazing! They make you one of the family! Kendra is the best! She is always there when I need her, even when I’m being stupid and freaking out about frogs in the skimmer! Our chlorinator was not dissolving tablets and the pump wasn’t priming. Kendra knew exactly what the problem was and we fixed it!
