The named the warehouse World Class Warehouse … but can’t even maintain the lowest class possible… Sometimes while checking they seems to get lost looking for ur paperwork.. By Appointment only Which is good but only if they unload u by that And u can only check in 30 mins. Prior to ur appointment time And they might take all day to get u door
As a company driver i dread coming here. Very poor service. Clerks expect you to be a mind reader. Staff is slow and nonchalant. They haven't a care in the world. You better check in for your appointment on time so you can wait 2 hours for a dock. Truck stops are close by, but by the time you get unloaded and have your paperwork (after paying lumber fees), good luck finding a spot. Bring enough food for two meals.
