Pls do all you can to avoid this place
Can I give 0 stars? What a horrible place for delivery, reception full of people who talk to much and get no job done, what a shit show... And totally unprepared people to deal with customers, playing on their phones, full of attitude, passing along wrong information with no manners whatsoever, HELLOOOOO management, let's pay attention. 👎👎👎👎👎
I had to wait here for five hours. As for the Spanish-speaking staff you have placed at the front—they don’t even know English, and they have no idea about the paperwork. There is a slim, dark-skinned woman who is doing an excellent job, yet you haven’t placed her at the main desk—presumably because of her dark skin—while those who don’t even speak English have been given the front-facing positions.
Bit of a circus until you can get backed into a door. Because they assign multiple trucks their doors at the same time and on the same end of the building. But typical place for unloading. Took a little more than 2 hours.
