Great place to deliver Checked in at 6:45 PM and was unloaded and checked out by 8:25 PM. Friendly staff & Guards.
The receptionist is lazy and rude. She’s supposed to start at 12:00, but it’s 12:15—everyone is waiting, and she’s busy fixing her hair.
This place is a joke…I’m trying to found a complaint line so I can report the clerk…She was so rude…I hate it when workers don’t know their job description …She was suppose to help you with information to offload you product in a timely manner…This particular customer service clerk decided she won’t help do any of that…She rolled her eyes and give short answers…Shame onthe hiring staff at WCD….She definitely needs to be put in training on how to deal with people ….
