Excellent professional service - equal to or better than larger companies - which I have used extensively in the past -and superior service with regard to customer communication - all at a less expensive fee. World Class was very easy to work with! Daniel was prompt (10 min early!). He drove safely to DTW, was very personable and helpful!!
Timely pick up for an early departure; nice driver. The drive home, late in the evening, was also very good. On time and friendly, but he knew I was tired so he didn't talk too much.
Matt was our chauffeur and he did an amazing job making our family feel special as we got picked up for our Make-A-Wish trip. We were so thankful for the experience and he did an amazing job playing Disney tunes for the kiddos and providing snacks and waters for the ride.
Daniel was right on time, helpful and had ice cold water/snacks for everyone.
