I was witness to an extremely meticulous auditor working with WCC consulting and was blown away. This auditor uncovered just about every knook and cranny at the establishment and Danielle had every base covered. In fact, after the audit, the auditor shared that in his over 40 years of service, he had NEVER had a HACCP expert so well prepared and tuned to deliver what the business needed.
