I’ve had exceptional experiences with this dealership, I purchased a vehicle from them which didnt come with a warranty but during the time of purchase they told me if anything is wrong with it under a year I can bring it back and they can assist. A few months after the purchase I had an issue with the vehicle, they kept to the words and did everything they could to fix the issue. Very friendly, efficient and fairly priced
I got estimates from 15 different auto body shops in the Durham Region and Scarborough (yes, 15!) and World Class was the most affordable by far. They were able to do exactly what I wanted, and they fixed my car at half the price of the other body shops. There was a bit of a delay getting some of the parts but it wasn't the fault of World Class, and the delay was definitely worth the enormous savings. The customer service is also excellent! Nadeem at World Class auto did an amazing job communicating with me to fixing my civic after my son was in a car accident. He made the process of insurance coverage very simple. He also communicated with my insurance company to inform them of some additional repairs that were required to fix my car.
