Got lead on for months waiting for work, Spent thousands of my own hard earned money to get my own truck and get insurance etc. just to have this company lie to me constantly with the promise of work and making it benefit me. I spoke with the owner and she told me, "what the worst that could happen? you lose everything and move in with your mom?" as if ruining my credit and losing everything I worked hard for was nothing to stress about. Nelson came out to fix my air conditioning within 24 hours of my service call. He not only fixed what was wrong with it, he fixed things that other AC technicians had done incorrectly, which were causing my issues. When he didn’t have the part he needed, instead of rescheduling me, he went to the store to purchase what he needed and came right back. I would hire world class air to fix my air conditioner over and over again. Five stars, highly recommend.
Terrible company from top to bottom. Do not use this company at all. Overpriced! Lack of communication! Total lack of respect for the customer I can only imagine how they treat there technicians! Their vans work and tools are all in rough shape, I would not use this company at all especially with what they are quoting people. Scam company
