From the moment I called to make an appointment, through reception and the consultation itself, a Japanese interpreter assisted me throughout the entire process. The doctor was also very kind and caring, which made me feel completely at ease and comfortable during my visit. It may depend on your insurance provider, but the cashless payment process through my travel insurance was also very smooth.
They have no skills or competence, which makes me really angry. Each consultation was only about 5 minutes and cost $160 I visited three times, and all three visits were disappointing
Dr. Jessica is an amazing doctor. She is always kind, caring, and genuinely listens to my concerns. Whenever I have a problem, she takes the time to understand the situation and always tries to find the best solution for me. Especially when I had a skin infection, she was incredibly helpful and supportive. I always feel comfortable talking to her, and I feel very well cared for whenever I see her.
