Sales manager is rude. Looks like he just got off a weekend bender and has a case of the Mondays. Said “well I don’t know what you want.” Instead of helping or explaining anything. Obviously didn’t want to sell a car. Do not deal with this company. Go to Hyundai. Although it’s the same owners, the staff are much more pleasant.

My parents went into the dealership to buy a new carnival van.one was there. They couldn't see inside it or test drive it. They were very serious in buying it.but they were treated like crap and were told if you don't buy it some one else would.the van was sold that evening to some one else. Is this how you treat seniors. Your dealer should be so proud. Nottttttt. now they don't want to go back.
