If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership's service department to think twice. Based on my experience, I found Service Manager Jaimie "James" Rogillo dismissive, abrasive, and unconcerned with customer safety. My Service Advisor, Jonathan "Jon" Cavazos, was friendly and professional, but the overall handling of my vehicle was unacceptable. Again these folks have exceeded our expectations. Raul Hernandez saw us waiting in line and asked if we had been helped. When we said no, he got our service lined up and discussed with my husband to see what services we would like or decline. I appreciated that, as the prices are not cheap here and it helps our budget to choose the services we need right now and maybe put off others until next time. I booked our service online, and they called me the day before to confirm our appointment.
One star is too generous. Absolute garbage service. My service advisor is knowledgeable and certainly capable, but the run around and overall awful experience here compelled me to tell you to stay clear away. You have options and this is not the place. I have car shield and after weeks of conflict with scheduling I got my car serviced. All the parts were taking their time so I was allowed to have one window repaired, pay my deductible and take the car.
