There is a valid reason there are as many one star reviews as there is. I bought a Kia from World Car Kia not quite a year ago and I would not make that same mistake again. About a month in my driver side door panel started rattling. Like a very loud and persistent rattle. The noise equivalent of a gnat in your face that won’t go away. I came in to have my Kia Soul serviced, and Jennifer was the person who greeted me and took her time to explain what services were being advertised for my car's mileage. Jennifer made me feel at ease about reassuring me that this recommended. She's a really sweet, professional and reassuring that I was going to be satisfied with the service. Good job Jennifer!
Very disappointing experience with the service department. Customer service was poor, and communication was lacking. They were several days behind, causing even simple service work to take much longer than expected. It was also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone or receive updates. Overall, the process was frustrating, and I expected much better service.
