I bought my car from the south location, but north is near my apartment. I had an appointment for oil change / tire rotation and was already told they would take Christmas special coupon i got in an email. They didn't seem to have my appointment . I had worked all night and it took much longer than they told me. 2 days before Christmas and they kept pushing to up sale me another $500 - $600 in services that the book says are due at 60,000 miles when my car only had 32,000. I wish I could give zero stars. They charged me $225 TO DETERMINE WHETHER SOMETHING WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Read that again. They're scamming people by telling them they don't know if something is covered under warranty, then hitting them with a huge bill if it's not, walking away with $225 for no work when the person doesn't move forward. It's kinda brilliant, in an evil way. Don't ever take your car here.

Horrible for opportunity. They will decline you for something of the past even if the case ended on a positive note and dismissed buy judge. This company is trash
