We were charged for a diagnostic fee when the car was not actually diagnosed. All they did was read old check engine light codes and give me 1 thing wrong with the car. I have never had a dealership say there is only 1 thing wrong with a vehicle. They had no other suggested maintenance only the 1 thing I had already given them the code for from previous reading. My car was making an odd noise so I scheduled for an oil change assuming the issue was related as the car was already overdue for an oil change. When I took it in I was upsold a transmission flush and had my brake rotors and pads replaced. The service added up to about $2,000 but I told myself it was worth it to get everything all tuned up. When I got the car back it was still making the noise but they couldn't diagnose it for another 2 weeks due to how busy they were. I brought in my 2019 hyundai for engine failure i was told on the phone i was covered by a warrenty on my engine and there are recalls on they engines. Told me id have to pay 850 to fix the codes that came up and if the car still dont run right then they would replace the engine. Then said i have to pay 250 for diagnostic test/ labor to get my car back from them and they vharging storage fees . I didnt approve to fix nothing so how is it 250 like what.

Wasted my time. Was told I need to leave my only car there to have it serviced....for 2 weeks...lol yeah ok...
