Phenomenal Customer Service Dept!!! Robert (Serv Advisor) was great with listening and explaining my concerns! I have had my vehicle in service for a problem I’ve had with my ‘25 Tuscan 4 different times for the same Electrical issue and this Service Department is the first to actually get my SUV up on a lift and actually check the problem out other than doing a computer scan which never shows an “Intermittent” light which has never been illuminated when I brought it in! I brought in a 2023 Elantra for a clicking sound coming from the front of the car. I assumed it was the breaks. After taking it in, I had all the recommended services done ($1700 worth) and when I picked up the car, they told me that it was the axel that was bad and it was under warranty.
