We had an appointment this morning from9-11 so a rep could pick up their equipment. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called our rep at 10:38AM for an update. The rep called the driver and said he would be here in 15 mins. I stayed past the window, but I had to leave. The rep was aware I could not stay late so this shouldn’t have been a surprise. world bankcard services , their services do not deserve one star review either...한국분들이 비지니스 하기전에 이 리뷰를 보셔야되는데...정말 써비스가 엉망입니다. 뱅크charge를 너무 과하게 마음대로 올렸다 내렸다 하구요. 전화를 기다리라 해놓고는 끝까지 안받고, 리턴콜도 안합니다.
They do not deserve even one star. I recommend to not even try. I did and I regrated it. there are way better company then this out there.
