This is a very disappointing company. I would not recommend dealing with them if you don’t want to face hygiene issues and an unprofessional attitude. I rented an apartment at 5A Albion Way, and one morning I found a cockroach. I contacted the office and asked to cancel my booking and receive a refund. Instead of taking the issue seriously, they laughed and told me that this was “normal.” It’s unfortunate that such standards are considered acceptable.
Avoid at All Costs – Completely Unhygienic and Unacceptable Conditions We arrived late at night for our booking, only to find the property in a completely unsanitary and uninhabitable condition. Despite having paid for 5 night, we left early the next morning because there was absolutely no way we could stay there. The room was not clean, and no proper bedding was provided.
