Rude front desk and staff doesn’t follow protocol for drug testing.
I had a great experience! I needed a physical for work. I walked in and the receptionist Beatrice was so sweet, professional and took care of me right away. The medical assistant Tatieana that worked with me was so friendly and gentle. She was so patient too since I had to blow into the little machine to check my lungs 🫁 several times till it beeped lol

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Willing to work with me to schedule appointments and always smiling.
Absolutely NO respect for your time! Last week I was 7 minutes late to my appointment & the secretary was incredibly rude and said I HAVE to reschedule. So I did. I came at 8:45am. My appointment was at 9am and it is now 9:56am. Needless to say I will never come back here. Trinity Health needs to do something bc this is ridiculous and so disrespectful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
