My brother went here to been seen for strep throat. Margaret Singer, NP was completely unprofessional. When he asked questions she replied with “how long have you been practicing medicine?” She was incredibly rude. No one should be talked to this way, especially at a healthcare facility where they’re job is to care for the community.

I had poison oak back in May. The doctor couldn't tell what it was, but she prescribed steroids. The bill was $258. I've tried contacting billing multiple times with no luck. I just got a letter in the mail stating that my insurance plan doesn't cover the visit. I wish they told me they don't take it or that I would have to pay out of pocket, because I don't have money to spare right now. Maybe teach your front desk the insurance list and to warn the clients coming in.
