Every time I've gone here (to include when Dr. Christopher Jones was the doctor) the service has been prompt and well-priced. In fact, it's about half the price of other facilities in Huntsville. I get my deployment physicals here, and have always had a thorough exam, thorough testing, and great customer service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I've never had an issue here. All of the paperwork I need for CRC at Fort Bliss is provided, and that's called peace of mind....and that's priceless.
Worst doctor and nursing staff. Dr. Kristopher Jones does not just perform drug testing. Sedgwick Insurance sends Workers Comp cases to him which Sedgwick has been in major lawsuits for denying benefits which are based on the doctors diagnoses. Dr. Jones creates notes to favor the WC companies after you visit him several times to get paid. Unethical practice. More concerned with making money from insurance/ Workers Comp companies.
