I'm so glad that I got a (virtual) ergonomic assessment with Carla when I got a new Branch standing desk/ergonomic chair. Turns out I've never had optimal desk and chair settings (and in some cases, I had things completely wrong). Thanks to a 30 min session with Carla and quick tips about height settings and other chair adjustments, I feel much more confident and am doing less damage to my body when I work.
