Very friendly staff, my physical was done in a timely manner
Avoid like the plague. Dr. Cleveland is a jerk. He's very rude & downright miserable to be around. Would never ever go back.
Walked in from the truck stop across the street to get DOT physical. They don't take walk ins by appointment only. This place is right in the center of truck stop and industrial plaza, there are truckers in and out and around. And you mean to tell me that you offer dot physicals but have to make an appointment. If we are over the road drivers and don't know when we will be in the area what good is an appointment. This is not helping us drivers at all. Only do physical by appointment the only place close enough to walk from the truckstop they don't want to make money if walk-ins aren't an option at all
