I went for my DOT physical on 22nd of June but wasn't able to get my DOT finish due to needing bloodwork done with my primary physician. I wanted to ask would 12%for myA1C stop me from getting my DOT card. I go back to my doctor to Monday the 13 of July to look over and make plan of get it uncontrol. But other then that my visit to worksite was excellent
They inputted the wrong date on my mdot physical and I called and they still havent fixed it on the federal registry
First time there yesterday, and will be the last time there.
Do not be up front and honest about past medical history! You will regret it. They are too lazy to do their homework, they will not know any different
Our company regularly uses Worksite Medical for our Medical DOT physicals however this was my first time. The front office staff was very personable and quickly assisted with the needed paperwork and taking my vitals. APRN Alethea Scherer could not have been more pleasant and informative. I have had several DOT physicals over many years. Worksite Medical exceeded expectations for friendly and fast service. Definitely 10/10!!!
