I was able to make an appointment online but arrived to find the location was closed.
I am so urgent going to Hong Kong which had an upside down policy changed on 09/26/2022 . For the information translated in English is totally not the same as in the Chinese government website . One is within 48 hours counted from the last flight that fly to Hong Kong and the other one is you can report the P C R result 3 days before you arrive Hong Kong . You charge lower and really give me a peace of mind and comfort .
Good, fast service
It was easy registration, rescheduling and went really smoothly on the day of appointment. I received a result 10 hours later. In addition, I paid for the PCR test but asked if I can use my insurance. Customer service immediately sent me an itemized receipt so that I can file a claim. Overall my experience was very much satisfied their service.
