Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service. I had to wait over 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. No apology or explanation. Not worth the money at all.
I’ve been to see Mickey twice. The first time to save a balayage gone wrong (which he corrected flawlessly) and the second time to update my tired cut and colour with curtain bangs and highlights. Honestly, best cut/colour I’ve had in years. Mickey has a deep understanding of colour theory and what to do to correct and complement your natural colouring. What a lovely addition to our neighborhood! The owners/stylists are warm and communicative and very skilled! I really appreciated the consult and working out a color and style that would make me feel fresh, but not be too high maintenance. I will definitely be returning!
Such a great experience! Franco was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, really taking the time to understand what I wanted and offering great advice along the way. I have fine hair but learned there are ways I can improve the health and the look of it. The whole salon had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that immediately put me at ease. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. I’m so happy with my hair and can’t wait to come back!
