I can’t recommend Workshop Gym highly enough. Personalised group sessions which are challenging - and we have some fun too! At 64 I’m participating in a team sport for the first time ever and I give credit to the team at Workshop for giving me the strength (literally) to perform well in my sport. I’ve tried many different gyms and Workshop has been the best!
Workshop is fantastic! It's inclusive, fun, and well-equipped. The commitment of Igho and Isaac, along with the diverse community make each class and workout enjoyable. This is the first time I’ve experienced a functional and sustainable fitness journey - it’s programmed to keep you going long term and not burn and churn. Highly recommend for a top-notch fitness experience!
