Dr. Tom Lieng, who we believe is the owner, Terrible. Works for insurance companies which say's a lot in itself, and in our case provided a very untruthful report. We made a formal complaint about Dr. Lieng and his report, the result being that our allegations were confirmed, and disciplinary action was taken against him by SIRA. AVOID.
