I called in and was put on hold and told I was next caller for over 50 minutes saying my estimated wait time is 30 seconds. For 30 minutes I was the next caller. Don’t they check the recordings? Obviously, it’s 30 seconds until I’m told I’m the next caller; estimated wait time 30 seconds. Very unprofessional.
